Can it open KMZ files?

Yes. A KMZ is a zipped KML; it is unzipped in your browser and its main KML is shown.

Is my file uploaded?

No. The file is read in your browser; nothing is sent to a server.

What is not shown?

Network links (KML that loads other KML from the web), ground overlay images, 3D models and tours. Placemarks, paths, polygons and their names and descriptions are shown.

Is there an app?
